- Most orders will ship out the same day if placed by 1:00 p.m. CST. Please check product pages for exact production turnaround times. Some products do not qualify for our same day production policy. Read more by clicking here.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time (or on weekends) will ship out the following business day.
- Production time may be extended for more complex, larger quantities. No worries, we will notify you if that occurs.
- Please note: UPS only operates Monday through Friday. Saturday Delivery upgrade (if available in your area) is $25.00 per package.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days, with custom orders up to 5 Business Days. Shipping does not occur on weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated in order details. Orders may be completed and prepared for shipping, delivery, or pick up on Saturdays, however, weekends are not counted in the total production time.
If you have an urgent deadline, please contact our Support Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will try our best to meet your deadline.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed during online checkout.
For urgent deadlines, we have shipping service upgrade options available, including overnight nationwide shipping, with orders delivered as early as 8:00 a.m. to most U.S. addresses.
A signature is not required during your time of delivery. UPS will attempt to obtain a signature at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign, UPS may deliver the package in a safe place without obtaining a signature. If a signature is required, please contact our Support Team (email@example.com). Additional charges may apply.
UPS Shipping Service Days are only Monday – Friday and only include business days. If you require Saturday Delivery, please contact our Support Team to check for availability in your area. Saturday Delivery charge is $25.00 per package. Once your order is picked up by UPS, we cannot upgrade/downgrade your shipping service and/or Saturday Delivery.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
You must provide a valid physical address within the United States. Since we ship with UPS, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have special requirements and/or questions regarding your shipment, please contact our Support Team.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email once your order is printed and shipped. The email will contain a shipping tracking number. Please refer to the UPS tracking page for more details.
We are not responsible for shipment delays that are already within the UPS network and/or any errors caused by the carrier. Once your order is shipped and picked up, we are not held liable. Please contact UPS directly with any questions regarding your shipment by calling 800-742-5877 or visit ups.com. For immediate answers, we recommend using UPS Virtual Assistant.
If your order is delayed or no tracking updates within a 24 hour period, please contact our Support Team and we can work together to solve your issue and get your order in time.
Midwest Funeral Press is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our Support Team and we can work together to solve your issue. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, as well as take photographic evidence to attach for our review.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not ship Internationally. Please check back later or contact our Support Team with any International Shipping questions.
Since we sell custom printed products, we do not offer returns. If you have any concerns or problems with your order, please contact our Support Team.
